Description
As a Solution Designer/Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT and the business by gathering and shaping technical and functional requirements from program stakeholders, including Business, IT, and Transformation programs. Your responsibilities will include driving a comprehensive requirements management process through workshops with stakeholders, prioritizing tasks, conducting fit-gap and dependencies analysis, elaborating user stories, providing estimations, and assessing implementation risks. You will be tasked with defining end-to-end telco solutions that meet stakeholder requirements and mapping these requirements to design and code while ensuring proper documentation and adherence to Telco standards such as ODA, ETOM, and SID. Additionally, you will be expected to provide support in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to Development and QA teams. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: - A minimum of 5 years of software development experience in Java/J2EE, .NET, or similar technologies. - A strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming Concepts. - Experience working with BPMN tools. - The ability to comprehend user requirements and create High-Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD). - Proficiency in tracing requirements from design to code. - Knowledge of database model designs. - Sufficient technical skills to understand the final solution. Nice to have skills include: - Exposure to Aris would be an added advantage. - Proficiency in SQL. - Good command of English, both written and verbal. - Strong team-working skills using Agile frameworks. In terms of business knowledge, you should have experience in Telco solutions analysis based on TMFORUM standards (ODA, ETOM, SID) and a solid understanding of Telco business processes in areas such as Customer Engagement, Customer Care, Customer Sales, Customer Order Management, Service Order Management, Telecom Catalogs, Telecom Inventories, Risk Management, and Number Portability. Additionally, knowledge in Telecom application architectures is desirable. As you develop competency in your area of expertise, you will be expected to share your knowledge with others, interpret client needs, work independently or with minimal supervision, identify and solve problems in straightforward situations, contribute to teamwork, and interact effectively with customers.
