Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to contribute to generating sales/leads/customers for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
• Explain products/services and their benefits to potential customers.
• Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries.
• Maintain records of calls and sales, and note useful information.
• Follow up with interested customers and schedule meetings if required.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude during calls.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or similar role (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation skills and the ability to handle rejection.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems (if applicable).
• Ability to learn about products/services and describe/explain them confidently to prospects.
• Minimum qualification: [12th pass/Graduate] (specify as per your requirement).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Faridabad Sector 18, Faridabad, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
