Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to contribute to generating sales/leads/customers for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database. Explain products/services and their benefits to potential customers. Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries. Maintain records of calls and sales, and note useful information. Follow up with interested customers and schedule meetings if required. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Maintain a professional and positive attitude during calls. Requirements: Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or similar role (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good negotiation skills and the ability to handle rejection. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems (if applicable). Ability to learn about products/services and describe/explain them confidently to prospects. Minimum qualification: [12th pass/Graduate] (specify as per your requirement).
