Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecalling Sales position located in Jaipur. The Telecalling Sales representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining various financial products, and helping them choose the best solutions. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, answering customer queries, maintaining records of customer interactions, and achieving sales targets. The role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Telecalling, Customer Service, and Sales skills
• Ability to understand and explain complex financial products
• Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining accurate records
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive tone
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
• Good analytical skills to assess customer needs and suggest suitable products
• Previous experience in financial services is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Finance or Business is advantageous
