Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
• Explain services offered by Pixelrio Studio in a clear and professional manner.
• Maintain a database of customer information and interactions.
• Schedule appointments and follow up on leads.
• Handle inquiries and provide information over the phone.
• Maintain daily call logs and report to the manager.
• Achieve weekly and monthly call targets.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Assamese.
• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel/Google Sheets etc.
• Polite, persuasive, and professional phone etiquette.
• Prior experience in telecalling or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10+2 or equivalent.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support will have an added advantage.
