Job Position :- Telecaller

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls: Contacting potential and existing customers to introduce products, generate leads, and drive sales.
Inbound Call Management: Handling calls from customers to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide information about products and services.
Lead Generation and Follow-Up: Identifying and nurturing sales leads, then following up to convert them into sales opportunities.
Customer Relationship Building: Building rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions or appropriate services.
Data Management: Accurately recording customer interactions and maintaining detailed records of conversations.
Customer Service: Ensuring a high standard of customer service, resolving complaints, and maintaining a positive customer experience.
Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly goals for call volume, lead generation, or sales targets.
Product Knowledge: Staying updated with the company's products, services, and industry trends to effectively inform customers.
Reporting: Documenting call outcomes and providing reports on customer feedback and sales activities.
