Your responsibilities will include handling both inbound and outbound calls for insurance sales and renewals. You will be required to effectively explain insurance policies, benefits, and coverage options to customers, as well as assist clients in selecting the most suitable insurance plan. Additionally, you will need to follow up on leads, maintain client relationships, and ensure proper documentation and compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in motor insurance, which will be considered an added advantage. Strong communication and convincing skills are essential for this role, along with a good knowledge of general and life insurance products.
