Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
Handle inbound calls, resolve customer inquiries, and provide accurate information.
Maintain customer database and update CRM records regularly.
Follow up with leads to ensure successful conversions.
Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
Good communication skills in [English and Tamil ].
Basic computer knowledge.
Prior telecalling or customer support experience is an advantage (not mandatory).
Positive attitude and good listening skills.
Female candidates preferred.
