Role & responsibilities • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) products. • Identify customer needs and provide suitable loan solutions. Explain the features and benefits of various loan products to customers. Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to loan applications. Maintain a customer database and keep accurate records of calls and customer interactions. • Follow up with customers to ensure completion of application processes. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the company. • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. • Provide feedback to the team regarding customer concerns and market trends. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. • Prior experience of 1-2 yrs in the financial services industry. • Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage. Excellent communication skills in Kannada/Tamil/Telugu/Hindi and English, both verbal and written • Proficiency in using CRM tools for lead management and reporting • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Self-motivated and result-oriented with a customer-focused mindset
