Job Description

Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot Design and integrate RESTful APIs Collaborate with the frontend team to build responsive, user-friendly web applications using React.js Manage code repositories and collaborate through Git and GitHub Write clean, maintainable code and follow best practices in development Understand and implement basic financial workflows (like loan origination, lead tracking, CRM processes) Work closely with product and design teams to iterate quickly based on feedback ole & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Core Skills Required Backend & API Development Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot REST API design and development Version control using Git and GitHub Frontend Development Proficiency in React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Ability to create clean, intuitive, and responsive UIs Preferred Qualifications 0-1 years of professional or project-based development experience Exposure to banking or fintech domains Understanding of workflows like loans, lead management, and CRMs Demonstrated interest through personal projects or contributions to open-source Strong problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn
