Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Full Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of our web applications. You will play a crucial role in the entire software development life cycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using React.js for the front-end and Node.js/Python for the back-end. Implement user-friendly and responsive UIs with React.js, leveraging modern front-end development practices. Develop and manage RESTful APIs using Node.js and Python, ensuring efficient data exchange and application logic. Design, implement, and manage relational databases using MySQL, optimizing for performance and data integrity. Utilize Redis for caching and real-time data processing to enhance application performance and responsiveness. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements, define specifications, and deliver high-quality features. Write clean, well-documented, and testable code. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge within the team. Troubleshoot and debug issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices. Contribute to the overall architecture and technical strategy of our products. Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Proven professional experience as a Full Stack Developer. Front-End Development with React.js: Solid understanding of React.js fundamentals, hooks, and component lifecycle. Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API). Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+). Experience with front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel). Back-End Development with Node.js: Extensive experience with Node.js and popular frameworks (e.g., Express.js, NestJS). Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture. Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs. Proficiency in Python: Experience with Python for back-end development (e.g., Django, Flask). Ability to integrate Python services with Node.js applications where necessary. Database Management: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with MySQL, including database design, querying, and optimization. Experience with ORMs (e.g., Sequelize for Node.js, SQLAlchemy for Python). Caching and Data Storage: Practical experience with Redis for caching, session management, and real-time data solutions. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Understanding of software development best practices, including agile methodologies. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Bonus Points: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Mocha, Chai, Pytest). Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
