Telecaller Job Description: A Telecaller is responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to customers or potential clients. Their primary role is to promote products or services, generate leads, provide information, resolve queries, and maintain customer satisfaction. Telecallers are skilled in communication, persuasion, and follow-up techniques to achieve set targets. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Explain products/services and answer customer queries. Generate sales leads and follow up regularly. Maintain customer database and update call records. Handle customer complaints or requests professionally. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Skills Required: Excellent verbal communication in [English/Hindi/Regional languages]. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Good listening and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle pressure and meet targets. Prior experience in telesales or customer service is preferred.
