Job Description

SFA Motorcycle Rentals is seeking a dedicated Telecaller Executive to handle inbound customer inquiries for our motorcycle rental services. In this role, you will focus exclusively on attending incoming calls, providing accurate pricing information, and assisting customers with basic queries. This is a customer service-oriented position with no outbound calling, no sales targets, and a straightforward approach to supporting our clients. Key Responsibilities Attend and manage incoming calls from customers inquiring about motorcycle rentals. Clearly communicate rental prices, available options, and any relevant details to callers. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude during all interactions.
