The role involves calling potential and existing customers to explain our pest control services, generate leads, and book appointments. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote pest control services. Handle inbound calls, inquiries, and follow-ups. Maintain customer details and call records in the system. Generate leads and schedule service appointments. Provide information about pricing, offers, and service details. Build good relationships with customers through effective communication.
