📌 Job Title: Telecaller (Real Estate) 🏢 Company: Tridev Indraprastha 📍 Location: Sarnath, Varanasi 🕒 Job Type: Full-Time 💼 Experience: 0-3 Years 🗣️ Language Preference: Hindi (mandatory), English (basic) Job Overview: Tridev Indraprastha is looking for a motivated and confident telecaller to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers over the phone, sharing project information, and scheduling site visits. Key Responsibilities: Call potential leads and explain project details clearly and confidently. Maintain a daily call log and update CRM or Excel sheets. Follow up with interested clients and schedule site visits. Share promotional material (WhatsApp/email) as needed. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless follow-ups. Handle inbound queries from property seekers. Requirements: Excellent communication and convincing skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM software, Google Sheets). Positive attitude and goal-oriented approach. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Previous telecalling or real estate experience is a plus.
