Digital Marketing Telecaller – Job DescriptionPosition: Telecaller – Digital Marketing Location: Ashok vihar Job Type: Full-time (10:00 AM to 6:30 PM) Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply) Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential clients to explain digital marketing services (SEO, social media marketing, Google Ads, lead generation, website development). Follow up with interested leads and maintain daily call logs. Understand client requirements and schedule meetings with the sales team. Share service brochures and proposals over WhatsApp and email. Maintain and update CRM with lead details and follow-up notes. Assist in achieving monthly lead generation and sales targets. Handle basic queries related to digital marketing services confidently. Requirements:Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English. Basic understanding of digital marketing services (training will be provided). Comfortable with calling and explaining services to clients. Ability to work with targets and handle rejections positively. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, email).
