Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to promote our photography and studio services. Handle inbound calls and respond to customer questions promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate call logs and customer databases. Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams for client scheduling and service support. Meet daily/weekly targets for calls and conversions. Required Skills: Languages: English, Kannada, (Telugu will be an added advantage). Excellent verbal communication and listening skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets). Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
