The Customer Experience Manager (Sales Focused) will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service through put their journey with us, with a specific focus on driving sales and customer retention. This role is a unique blend of customer support , relationship management and sales strategy. Job Summary The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including employee hiring, onboarding, attendance, and payroll management. The role also involves monitoring and auditing the performance of photographers and field teams to ensure compliance with company processes, as well as conducting online surveillance to track productivity and adherence to standards. Key Responsibilities : 1) Recruitment & Onboarding Manage the hiring process, from job postings and screening to scheduling interviews and final selection. Facilitate employee onboarding, ensuring smooth integration of new hires into the organization. Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately. 2) Attendance & Payroll Management Track daily attendance, leaves, and shifts of all employees. Prepare and verify payroll data to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement. 3) Performance Auditing: Audit daily performance of photographers and verify adherence to set processes and quality standards. Identify deviations in performance and report to management with recommendations for corrective action. 4) Field Team & Surveillance Monitoring Online surveillance systems to monitor the activities of photographers and field staff. Ensure that employees on field assignments comply with company policies, schedules, and productivity requirements. Generate reports and escalate issues in case of irregularities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, attendance). Strong organizational and auditing skills. Proficiency in HR software, MS Office, and online monitoring tools. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills: Experience in service-oriented businesses (photography/media/hospitality industry preferred). Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Job Summary The job involves taking still pictures for our clients (New born baby,Maternity).You would be required to constantly innovate and come-up with better photography concepts to showcase clients images in better light. The candidate should have experience of photography using a digital SLR and should be able to shoot in fully Manual mode with the knowledge of all the camera settings. The candidate should use their own equipment's (Camera and Laptop) He / She should have a sound understanding of good photography practices and angles and a perfect aesthetic sense. Using available studio equipment to take high quality product images which require minimal editing and which are as per guidelines. Improvise and innovate to make best use to available space to do quality shoot. Suggest improvements and cross share learning across team. Maintain studio and equipment in good condition by identifying any issues and getting them resolved. Complete the shoot on time as schedules by the sales/centre in-charge. Occasional travel to customer place within or out of the city for taking shoots. Creating new guidelines on poses and new technique/creativity to improve the sales/business. Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to promote our photography and studio services. Handle inbound calls and respond to customer questions promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate call logs and customer databases. Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams for client scheduling and service support. Meet daily/weekly targets for calls and conversions. Required Skills: Languages: English, Kannada, (Telugu will be an added advantage). Excellent verbal communication and listening skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets). Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
