Job Description:

We are looking for a Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound queries, and providing excellent customer service to ensure smooth communication with clients or candidates.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers/candidates to promote services or collect information.
• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and update CRM or internal database.
• Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and company procedures.
• Schedule appointments or interviews as needed.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients or candidates.
• Meet daily and weekly targets for calls and conversions.

Key Skills Required:

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional language.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email, etc.)
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
• Active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Confident and polite telephone manner.

Qualifications:

• Minimum HSC or Graduation in any field.
• Experience in telecalling, BPO, customer service, or HR calling preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
