The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining our training programs and services, handling customer inquiries, maintaining client databases, and scheduling meetings. Additionally, the role involves following up with leads, ensuring customer satisfaction, and working collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills Experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, or Sales Strong persuasive and negotiating skills Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining client databases Good organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is advantageous
