Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential students/customers to provide information about courses and services Answer incoming calls and provide clear and accurate information Explain admission process, course structure, fees, class timings, etc. Achieve daily/weekly calling targets as assigned Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and interested leads Share course details through WhatsApp, SMS, or social media when required Represent the institute professionally and maintain polite and respectful communication Coordinate with the admin team for admissions and updates 📚 Qualifications & Skills: Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred) Good verbal communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English Basic knowledge of using phone, WhatsApp, and Excel/Google Sheets Friendly, confident, and persuasive personality Prior experience in telecalling or customer service will be an added advantage
