Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Collection Executive to join our Collections team. The role involves following up with customers to ensure timely payments, resolving queries, and maintaining healthy customer relationships while minimizing delinquency.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers via phone, email, and other channels to remind them of due and overdue payments.
• Maintain regular follow-up with customers to ensure collections are made within timelines.
• Handle customer queries related to loan repayment schedules, dues, and penalties.
• Negotiate and provide repayment solutions while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Achieve individual and team targets for collections and recovery.
• Ensure accurate documentation and update payment status in the system.
• Escalate chronic defaulters to the respective team for further action.
• Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and RBI guidelines while dealing with customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate / Diploma (any stream).
• 1–3 years of experience in collections / recovery / telecalling (preferably in NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills (both English and regional languages).
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
• Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude.

Pay: ₹9,292.21 - ₹28,000.00 per month
