Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Outbound Calling: Contact potential customers or clients to introduce products or services. Follow up on leads or inquiries from customers who have shown interest. Promote and sell products, services, or campaigns over the phone. 2. Inbound Calling: Answer incoming calls from customers or prospects. Provide information about products or services in response to customer inquiries. Resolve customer complaints, issues, or queries with professionalism. 3. Data Entry and CRM Maintenance: Maintain customer database by updating information regularly. Track call outcomes and follow up with prospects as necessary. 4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business. Provide a personalized experience and offer solutions based on customer needs.
