Responsibilities: Generate leads and actively reach out to potential customers interested in studio spaces for photo shoots and content creation. Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Conduct site tours for prospective clients, showcasing the studio's facilities and amenities. Negotiate and finalize rental agreements, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial. Collaborate with other teams to develop strategies for attracting new clients and promoting studio services. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our studio in the market. Requirements: Proven track record in sales, with experience in B2B or commercial real estate sales preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong networking abilities, with the confidence to cold call and engage with potential clients. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets. Familiarity with photography and content creation industry is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office and Google workspaces for sales tracking and reporting. Experience : 2+ years in sales or relevant field. Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
