Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Telecalling Executive with a background in real estate sales, particularly in selling plots. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling client queries, and converting leads into site visits and bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients to promote and sell residential plots in our Pithampur-based projects.
• Explain project features, pricing, and benefits to potential customers.
• Schedule site visits for interested clients and coordinate with the on-ground sales team.
• Maintain regular follow-up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Keep accurate and detailed records of calls, lead statuses, and conversions.
• Meet weekly and monthly lead conversion targets.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve outreach and strategy.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of prior experience in telecalling/tele-sales in the real estate sector (preferably in plot selling).
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication in Hindi (English is a plus).
• Sales Oriented: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a proven track record in lead generation and closing deals.
• Confidence & Proactiveness: Should be comfortable making cold calls and handling objections.
• Basic Tech Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, and WhatsApp communication.
