Role & responsibilities looking for tele callers with Good communication skills. only female candidates are required. looking for immediate joiners only . Graduates only experience : 3years to 5years Required Skills: Communication Skills • Clear and fluent speaking in the required language(s) • Active listening • Proper tone and pace of voice • Articulation and pronunciation Interpersonal Skills • Politeness and professionalism • Empathy and patience • Ability to handle objections or rejections calmly Sales & Persuasion Skills (for telemarketing roles) • Convincing ability • Closing techniques • Product/service knowledge • Understanding customer needs Technical Skills • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software, dialing systems) • Typing and data entry • Familiarity with telephony systems (like auto-dialers)
