Telecalling cum Sales Executive (Female)

About the Role
We are looking for a disciplined and confident female Telecalling cum Sales Executive for a full-time position in Uttam Nagar. The role involves customer calling, lead follow-ups, basic product explanation, and assistance in converting enquiries into sales. Experience in the Ayurvedic or herbal product sector will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound enquiries
• Explain product details in a clear and polite manner
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with the sales and dispatch team when orders are confirmed
• Build and maintain strong customer relations
• Achieve monthly calling and conversion targets

Required Skills

• Good communication in Hindi and basic English
• Confident on phone with a pleasant tone
• Familiar with customer handling and basic sales conversations
• Ability to work with CRM or simple data sheets

Qualification and Experience

• Minimum 12th pass
• 1 to 2 years of experience in telecalling or customer support
• Experience in Ayurveda, herbal, or health products will be helpful

Work Details

• Full-time office role
• Working days: Monday to Saturday
• Timing: 10 AM - 6:30 PM
• Location: Uttam Nagar, Delhi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
