JOB DESCRIPTION- A Telecalling Assistant is responsible for making and receiving phone calls to promote products or services, generate leads, and provide customer support. Key Responsibilities: Making calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services, explain features, and generate interest.  Handling incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing support.  Identifying and qualifying potential customers by gathering information and assessing their needs.  Building rapport with customers, maintaining positive interactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.  Accurately documenting all call details, customer information, and interactions in a database or CRM system.
