Job Description

A Telecalling Assistant, also known as a Telecaller or Telesales Representative, is responsible for making and receiving phone calls to promote products or services, generate leads, and provide customer support. Key Responsibilities: Making calls to potential customers to introduce products or services, explain their benefits, and attempt to make a sale or schedule appointments.  Answering incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about products or services.  Identifying potential customers, gathering information, and following up on leads to convert them into sales or to provide ongoing support.  Persuading customers to make purchases, providing excellent customer service, and building positive relationships.  Maintaining accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales progress.
