Basic Pay: ₹20,000 per month
Performance Pay: Up to ₹1,00,000 per month

About the Role

Are you great at connecting with people and guiding them towards their dreams? Join us as a Telecalling & Admission Counselor to play a key role in bringing students and parents to our campus and guiding them with personalized counseling. You’ll be the voice and friendly face that helps students find the perfect fit in our unique IACG programs like the stress-free Intermediate and the multimedia courses with over two decades of trusted excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to leads and build relationships with students and parents.
• Encourage and ensure campus visits to experience IACG firsthand.
• Counsel students personally according to their interests and course suitability to secure admissions.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to share lead performance updates and suggest improvements.
• Analyze call insights and provide quick feedback for better conversions.
• Take ownership of admissions targets for both IACG Intermediate and Multimedia courses, ensuring timely enrollments.

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in English and Telugu is mandatory; Hindi is a plus.
• Excellent communication and counseling skills.
• Strong ability to analyze conversations and lead performance to provide actionable insights.
• Self-motivated, target-driven with a passion for helping students succeed.
• Team player who works closely with marketing to maximize lead conversion.
