Role Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers for our Domestic BPO Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining products/services, resolving customer queries, and ensuring excellent customer experience. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

Handle outbound and inbound customer calls professionally.
Explain product and service details clearly over the phone.
Maintain call records and update customer details in the system.
Follow scripts and guidelines for effective communication.
Work towards achieving call and conversion targets.
Coordinate with team leads and report daily updates.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Qualification: HSC / Graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication in Marathi & Hindi, with average English.
Customer-focused, confident, and target-driven.
