VSoft IT Solutions is seeking energetic and goal-oriented Telecaller Executives to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining our IT courses or training programs, and generating leads or sales. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain VSoft software courses. Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into appointments or sales. Handle customer queries and provide accurate information. Maintain call logs and prepare call reports. Meet daily and weekly targets set by the team lead or manager. Requirements: pursuing/ Graduate in any stream. Good communication skills in English and Telugu (Hindi is a plus). Benefits: Attractive salary + incentives based on performance.
