Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Admission Counsellor to join our team and play a crucial role in guiding students through their academic journey. As an Admission Counsellor, you will be the first point of contact for potential students and parents, responsible for providing detailed information about courses, colleges, and admission procedures. You will play a key role in converting enquiries into admissions and helping students make informed decisions about their future. Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls to reach prospective students and parents. Understand students’ requirements and provide expert guidance on course and college selection. Counsel students on the admission process, eligibility, documentation, and fee structure. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Schedule and coordinate interviews and counseling sessions with colleges. Follow up with leads regularly to ensure a high conversion rate. Work closely with marketing and tele-calling teams to improve campaign outcomes. Achieve monthly admission targets as per the company's goals. Provide support during admission drives and events, both online and offline.
