Job Description

Overview We are seeking a motivated Caller to join our team. As a Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and providing information about our products or services. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales and customer service. Duties Conduct warm calling to prospective customers Utilize telemarketing techniques to promote products or services Negotiate and close sales over the phone Use software tools to manage customer interactions effectively Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and market products Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions Experience Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred Proficiency in English language Knowledge of technology sales is a plus Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers Experience in outbound calling and market research would be beneficial Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Language: Hindi (Required) English (Required) Work Location: In person
