Job Title: Telecaller – Real Estate Location: Hebbal Salary: 10000/- to 15000/- Company: Varahee Infra Properties Employment Type: Full-time Weekly off: Tuesday / Sunday Shift Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM Job Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a persuasive approach to handling potential customers over the phone. You will be responsible for reaching out to prospective buyers, explaining property details, and scheduling site visits. Key Responsibilities: °Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads. °Explain property details, pricing, and offers clearly. °Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property options. °Follow up on leads and inquiries to generate sales opportunities. °Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team. °Maintain records of conversations and update the database. °Handle client queries and provide appropriate solutions. Requirements: Prior experience in real estate telecalling or sales is preferred. Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills. Ability to handle client objections and queries professionally. Basic knowledge of real estate terms and market trends. Fluency in: English, Kannada, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu Benefits: Attractive salary with performance-based incentives.
