Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and well-spoken Telecaller to join our real estate team. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential and existing clients to generate sales leads, schedule property visits, and maintain customer relations. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote real estate listings and services. Explain project details, pricing, and benefits to interested leads. Schedule site visits and follow up with clients regularly. Maintain records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover. Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead conversion and appointments. Handle client inquiries courteously and professionally. Requirements: Minimum High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred. Prior telecalling, customer service, or real estate experience is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Kannada, Hindi and English. Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated. Basic knowledge of real estate industry and property market trends. Familiarity with CRM systems and telecalling tools. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 17/05/2025
