Role Overview: As a Telecaller at Unified Connection, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, responding to inquiries, providing detailed information about services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role will involve maintaining call logs, achieving call targets, resolving customer issues, and providing feedback to enhance customer service processes. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Dindigul, with the flexibility of some work from home. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to customers - Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed information about services - Ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain call logs and follow up with customers as necessary - Achieve call targets - Resolve customer issues - Provide feedback to improve customer service processes Qualification Required: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience in Customer Support and handling customer inquiries - Basic knowledge of financial services and HR processes - Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus - Experience in telecalling or related roles is preferred,
