As a Telecaller at Unified Connection, your role will involve making outbound calls to customers and responding to their inquiries. You will be expected to provide detailed information about our services and ensure customer satisfaction. This full-time hybrid position, based in Dindigul with the possibility of some work from home, will require you to maintain call logs, follow up with customers as needed, and achieve call targets on a daily basis. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with experience in Customer Support and handling customer inquiries. A basic understanding of financial services and HR processes will be beneficial. The ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment, as well as strong organizational and multitasking skills, are essential. While a high school diploma or equivalent is required, a Bachelor's degree would be an added advantage. Previous experience in telecalling or related roles is preferred.
