Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and engaging Telecaller to join our team in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling a curated database of clients and guests to share promotional offers, gather feedback, confirm bookings, and enhance customer engagement. This role plays a key part in building lasting relationships and improving the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential guests from our database.
• Share details of ongoing promotions, events, and special offers.
• Collect feedback from guests regarding their experience.
• Confirm visit dates or bookings.
• Accurately update guest details, preferenes, and call outcomes in the system.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., marketing, operations) to relay guest inputs or requests.
• Maintain a courteous and professional tone throughout all interactions.
• Meet call targets, feedback collection metrics, and engagement benchmarks.

Key Requirements:

• Strong verbal communication in English and Hindi.
• Pleasant and professional telephone etiquette.
• Confidence in speaking VIP guests.
• Prior experience in tele calling, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Familiarity with basic computer operations and CRM tools.
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
