Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential or existing customers to generate leads, promote products/services, or conduct surveys. You must be an excellent communicator, comfortable presenting products or services over the phone, and able to handle customer queries effectively. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Answer incoming calls from customers and address inquiries. Pitch products/services and explain their benefits to customers. Generate leads and convert them into sales or appointments. Maintain a database of customer information and call records. Follow up on previous calls as necessary. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Handle objections professionally and escalate complex issues to senior staff. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times. Required Skills: Excellent verbal communication in [English / Hindi / Regional Language]. Confident and persuasive speaking skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office or CRM systems. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Good listening and problem-solving skills. Customer-oriented approach.
