Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and self-motivated Loan Recovery Telecaller to join our team at our Panjaguta office. The role involves contacting customers with overdue payments, reminding them of outstanding dues, and guiding them toward timely repayment. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle customer conversations professionally.

Roles and Responsibilities1. Customer Outreach & Follow-Up

• Make outbound calls to customers with pending or overdue loan payments.
• Remind customers about due dates, outstanding amounts, and repayment options.
• Maintain a polite, respectful, and professional tone during all conversations.

2. Negotiation & Recovery

• Persuade customers to make payments on time and explain the consequences of delays.
• Negotiate and encourage customers to pay minimum dues or settle accounts wherever applicable.
• Provide solutions or repayment plans as per company guidelines.

3. Data Management

• Record call details, customer responses, and payment commitments accurately in the system.
• Update statuses regularly and maintain daily call logs.
• Ensure all customer information is handled confidentially.

4. Compliance & Process Adherence

• Follow the company’s calling script and compliance guidelines.
• Adhere to RBI and company norms when dealing with customers.
• Avoid any form of harsh or unauthorized communication.

5. Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with team leaders and other departments for escalations or special cases.
• Provide daily/weekly reports on recovery performance and commitments.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, or English.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to update data.
• Patience, listening ability, and problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet recovery targets.
