Telecaller / Telemarketing Executive

Job Description

*Job Summary:* We are looking for a confident and persuasive *Telecaller* to join our team. The primary responsibility is to handle incoming and outgoing calls, follow up with leads, share course details, and convert inquiries into admissions. You will act as a key point of communication between prospective students/parents and the institute. *Key Responsibilities:* * *Outbound Calling:* Call prospective students/parents from the database or inquiry list and explain available courses, fee structure, and batch timings. * *Inbound Calls:* Handle incoming calls, resolve basic queries, and guide them to counselors or faculty if required. * *Lead Conversion:* Persuade and follow up with leads to visit the institute or attend demo sessions. * *Database Management:* Maintain accurate records of calls made, responses, follow-ups, and outcomes in CRM or Excel sheets. * *Feedback Collection:* Call existing students or parents for feedback and satisfaction levels if assigned. * *Coordination:* Coordinate with counselors and admission team for walk-in follow-ups and scheduled visits. * *Target Achievement:* Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets as set by the management. --- *Requirements:* * Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any field. * Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or admissions (preferred). * Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (or regional language as per location). * Good listening and persuasion skills. * Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, call logs, CRM handling). --- *Preferred Attributes:* * Positive attitude and polite tone. * Target-driven with a sales mindset. * Quick learner and adaptable to new systems. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
