Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller – Student Admissions Executive, based in New Delhi. The role involves contacting prospective students to provide information about international education opportunities, counseling them about study abroad options, and assisting with the admission process. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students through tailored education plans and responding to inquiries efficiently. Building and maintaining strong communication with potential students and other stakeholders is a key aspect of this position.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in both English and local languages, with proficiency in handling phone conversations professionally.
• Understanding of student counseling and study abroad processes, including the ability to provide tailored guidance on education opportunities.
• Organizational skills for managing inquiries, maintaining follow-ups, and accurately maintaining records.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and maintain relationships with students and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with EdTech or education consultancy is a plus.
