Key Responsibilities Make outgoing calls to students and parents based on enquiry data provided Answer incoming calls related to admissions, courses, fees, and facilities Explain PU courses (Science / Commerce), admission process, and college features Follow up with interested students and parents regularly Schedule campus visits and counseling appointments Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups Coordinate with the admissions team and office staff Handle basic WhatsApp messages and enquiry responses (if required) Meet daily / weekly enquiry follow-up targets
