Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to pitch vehicle scrapping services and follow up on leads. Handle inbound calls to address customer inquiries, complaints, or support requests. Explain vehicle scrapping process and benefits to customers clearly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and interactions in CRM systems. Achieve daily/weekly call targets and sales or service goals. Follow scripts or guidelines while maintaining a polite and professional tone. Handle objections or escalations calmly and provide solutions to customer issues. Conduct surveys or collect feedback to improve services. Collaborate with team members and report daily activities to supervisors.
