Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and interactions in CRM systems. Achieve daily/weekly call targets and sales or service goals. Follow scripts or guidelines while maintaining a polite and professional tone. Handle objections or escalations calmly and provide solutions to customer issues. Conduct surveys or collect feedback to improve services. Collaborate with team members and report daily activities to supervisors.
