Job Title: Tele-caller / Tele-Sales Executive Location: Pune Employment Type: Full-time Industry: [Insert Industry – e.g., Sales, BPO, Real Estate, Education, etc.] Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Tele-caller to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to prospective customers, explain products or services, and generate leads or sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries effectively. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound & inbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services. Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries. Maintain a database of customer information and call records. Follow up with customers for feedback or further inquiries. Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service at all times. Requirements: Minimum 10th/12th pass or Graduate. Previous experience in tele-calling or customer service is a plus. Good verbal communication skills in [Insert Languages Required – e.g., English, Hindi, etc.]. Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with MS Office and CRM software. Ability to remain calm and persuasive, especially in stressful situations.
