You will be working as a Telecaller Sales Intern for RITGB - Ray Impact Trinity Global Business, a digital solutions agency. Your role will involve making outbound calls to leads, explaining services persuasively, understanding client needs, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and creating a pipeline of opportunities. You will collaborate with sales and marketing teams for daily updates and targets. **Responsibilities:** - Make outbound calls to leads and pitch RITGB's services. - Understand client needs and offer suitable solutions. - Schedule meetings or demos for the Business Development team. - Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups. - Assist in creating a pipeline of potential business opportunities. - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams for daily updates and targets. **Requirements:** - Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Odia. - Confident, persuasive, and energetic over the phone. - Understanding of digital services and business basics is a plus. - Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. - Basic knowledge of CRM tools or Excel will be advantageous. - Students or recent graduates in Sales, Marketing, or Business fields are welcome. You will receive a performance-based stipend with a fixed incentive per successful closure. Top performers may be offered a full-time role after the internship. Additionally, you will gain real-world experience in B2B sales, exposure to working with national & international clients, sales mentoring, and professional growth opportunities.
