Telecaller Sales Intern

About the Role

We are hiring Sales Telecallers (Freshers) who can handle inbound/outbound calls, explain products/services to customers, and support the sales team. Training will be provided, so no prior experience is required.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
• Convert leads into sales by building good customer relationships.
• Maintain call logs, customer details, and follow-up records.
• Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
• Share basic product information and assist customers in their buying journey.
• Follow scripts and sales guidelines provided by the team.
• Achieve daily/weekly calls and sales targets.

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English).
• Confident, energetic, and positive attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to convince and handle customer objections.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment.

Eligibility:

• 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
• Freshers are welcome — training will be provided.
• Must be comfortable with calling and customer interaction.
