Telecaller Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele-Caller (Sales Executive) to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining products/services, handling customer inquiries, and converting leads into sales. A positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and excellent communication skills are a must!

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain products and services clearly and persuasively.
• Generate new leads and follow up on existing inquiries.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for campaign execution.
• Address customer needs at both individual and group levels.
• Schedule appointments or demos when necessary

Requirements:

• 1-2 years or experience candidates / Freshers are also welcome to apply.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive and convincing personality.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Target-driven with a strong work ethic.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is required.
• Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
